When deciding to purchase a home, the best first step is to find a lender that you can trust to get you the best possible mortgage for your situation.  It could mean the difference between being able to afford your mortgage payments and finding yourself "underwater" or foreclosed.  It’s also important to ‘shop’ for a lender that can offer the best rates and Christine knows several reputable local lenders that she will be more than happy to get you in touch with. 
     

3. KNOWLEDGE OF CONTRACTS. Entering into a real estate contract is legally binding and not to be taken lightly.  Christine will ensure that your needs are represented and protected in the purchase agreement.

Since most homes are listed with a listing agent that is experienced in negotiating, you want to make sure your financial interests are equally represented. Aside from straightforward negotiations, Christine will utilize certain tactics like offering or receiving concessions to make sure you come out ahead and happy.
